Yes, you will gain intellectual property rights to your logo design once payment is made in full. The design is property of R.L. Roberts II Design, LLC beforehand. If you wish to copyright your design, all art will need to be created 100% from scratch. Contact us to learn more.
Every design will vary. Delivery times will be influenced by multiple factors including project complexity, initial concept approval, to final revision approval. No design should take longer than six weeks. Simpler designs could take around 1-2 weeks.
